Abstract: The aim of the talk is to describe some results of a recent joint paper with J. Johnsen, Copenhagen. We consider a special class of semilinear elliptic boundary value problems at resonance. The purpose is to study the effects caused by nonlinearities which are generated by bounded smooth functions. For the problem we investigate regularity questions as well as the existence of solutions in the $B^s_{p,q}$ and $F^s_{p,q}$ scales.
