Coleman Integration Versus Schneider Integration on Semistable Curves

The purpose of this short note is to clarify the relation between $p$-adic integration on curves with semistable reduction, and the filtered $(\Phi ,N)$-module attached to the curve, following the work of Coleman and Iovita.
