Review:  On sait que le polynôme d'ordre n-1 admettant dans les points xk = xk(n) = \cos (2k-1)\pi/2n les valeurs yk peut-être écrit sous la forme

sum1n yklk(n) (x).

Les polynômes lk(n) sont les polynômes fondamentaux de l'interpolation. Les auteurs démontrent que l'on a

|lk(n)(x)| < {4 \over \pi}

et que cette inégalité ne peut pas être améliorée.
